How Much Sleep Does The Average Person Need?



Adults need at least 7 hours of sleep.

People, on average, get about 6 1/2 hrs.

Do You Sleep Without A Pillow?

Sleeping With Too Much Pilliow



What happens when you sleep with too much pillow? When you are on your back, your head flexes forward. When you are on your side, your head laterally bends toward the ceiling. This is not good since you want a straight spine when looking at it from the front or back and a spine with smooth flowing curves looking at it from the side. Specifically a "C" curve in the neck.

Keep that spine in the best alignment possible and it will ensure that the nerves are free and clear!
