My Breathing Exercises


Breathing exercise helps to detox or clean the inside of the body.

We pee, poop, and sweat to get rid of stuff too.

When we do breathing exercises we give the lungs a workout also.

Our body's need oxygen. We breathe out CO2 and breathe in O2.

So, when doing them, do it in the fresh air. If it's too cold - "crack" a window...
