I see many who base their pillow size on the size of their bed. This may work for decorative or throw pillows, but not for sleeping... For instance you can have a really petite/ small woman with a big pillow for her king size bed. That doesn't work because it just pushes her head up. And that's not what we want.
Really pillow size is based on height, but everyone's a little different...
What I mean by this is #1 - some people just prefer a certain size pillow. I have some people who fit the height mold for the small traction pillow but love a bigger pillow.
I also have a couple guys who are shorter than 6'1" but they have a football players neck. They like the large version of the traction pillow.
