"I Hurt My My Back Moving..."

Moving Can be Hard on the Back
Moving is hard, and we all do it or have done it a couple times. It can be exhausting, especially on the back.  If you have boat loads of cash, you can pay to have it packaged, shipped, everything soup-to-nuts. However, that's not usually the case. So,I am writing this this blog today to say: "be careful"and "be smart when lifting", because I see to many people in the office who hurt themselves during this very occasion.

What do you do when you hurt yourself moving? Your spouse has to do the rest? Then he or she is at a greater risk of injuring his or her back. Other than that,you may have to miss a couple days of work, maybe that round of golf you were going to play, maybe that trip you had planned...

It's just not worth it! Use a back belt if you need to, get right into see your chiropractor, ask him how to lift, etc.
