Stretch Before and After...

So they say you stretch before to prevent injury and after to keep limber. This can work for you if you regularly work out, are a weekend warrior (you know who you are), or even if you don't do much physical exercise. Let's take the last case - you can still stretch in the morning and then after your day, in the evening. You'll notice that you can stretch further in the evening, after a normal day. The same goes for someone who regularly works out, or even that weekend warrior. Stretch out before that day on the course, or maybe on the ski slopes, or that intramural basketball game. This will help you loosen up and prevent an injury. And afterwards do some stretching to keep loose and improve that future flexibility. The Back Dr’s specializes in pain relief for the neck and the lower back. We will help you have better posture, get better sleep and help you be more comfortable.
