Should I Take Vitamin D?

I must say, D has become the super vitamin. It may help a lot, and be an immune system helper. We know also that it works with other vitamins and minerals such as vitamin K and calcium.

The best way to get it though, is from the sun. That does depend on the time of year and your latitude. In the summer you get more of course. If you live in the north, you probably get vitamin d in the summer months. The sun is higher and has more direct rays.

We don't all get vitamin D all year so we may need to supplement...

What do we need to do to be your best health? There's some major things we need to do: Eat right - and that encompasses a few things, Exercise - just get up and move. Get good sleep - the Traction Pillow helps. Manage stress level - it may not directly cause anything, but it can affect everything. Last, get your spine checked - seeing your chiropractor and getting adjusted regularly keeps your spine in good shape. I'll go into more specifics in our next blog...
