Since I Have Improved My Posture, I Seem To Have Less Pains...

This makes sense because your posture directly relates to your spine. If your spine is out of alignment that means your posture is out of whack. This essentially means there's pressure on nerves. Pressure on nerves equals pain or other problems.

So, chances are if you are posture is good that means your spine is in alignment and that means there will be no pressure on nerves.

If all the nerves are free of pressure your body can work like it should and you'll have less pain.

Knowing your spine is out of alignment is good because you can do something about it. You won't always have pain right away because not all the nerves that you have can detect pain. So poor posture is a sign that you need to fix your spine or put things in alignment.
