How Can I Boost My Metabolism?

Boosting your metabolism can play a big role in weight loss. First, stay active - not just your body but the mind too. You will burn more than you think! Instead of sitting on the couch eating and watching tv, do some crunches during your favorite show. Drink more water - not only will it fill you up but it's great substitute for a sugary drink. It is also used in most body processes and has been shown to help boost the metabolism. Eat more fruits and veggies - researches at the University of Florida found that when two groups consumed the same number of calories, the one with more fruits and vegetables had smaller waist sizes... Lastly, eat less processed foods. Processed foods contain more sugar and other "junk"; just look at the label. If the ingredient list is giant and you don't know what half the items are, it's probably not good for you. The Back Dr’s specializes in pain relief for the neck and the lower back. A 3D Picture of the Spine

Here is a 3D picture of our spine, I'm showing you this because I wanted you to see the curvatures. We have a "C" curve in the neck, a wider opposite curve ")" in the dorsal or thoracic spine, and another "C" (actually an elliptical curve) in the low back. The spine was built this way to withstand all external forces at its best.
