A pillow we recommend has gotten the attention of the NY Times...

You guessed it...The Cervical Traction Neck Pillow. My interviewer noted she has often struggled with getting the right pillow. She gave this pillow a try and had good things to say.

    The Eight Hour Sleep Myth...


    In the past we really didn't sleep 8 hours at a time, it was broken up into two 4 hour chunks. Anyway that was the subject of a BBC news magazine article I read... Here's the link: "BBC News Magazine" What I have learned is that people will typically sleep around 6-9 hours a night. If you wake up rested and usually feel good you are probably doing alright. I will recommend a neck pillow however because you may sleep ok for 8 hours, but is it the best sleep you can get?
