It's a nice thought, if it only worked. I love the old NIKEY slogan, "Just Do It" and there's some to be said about mind over matter. But, it usually doesn't work that well. Don't get me wrong, you can do a lot with affirmations and visualization, maybe meditations, and more. Why make things worse though.
